Very professional although nothing could be done due to the equipment being so old he advised us with the best way to get sky to update us to a new platform which was invaluable to us as pensioners were not tech savvy and best of all no charge or call out fee couldn t recommend them more highly

The gentleman arrived and l showed him what l wanted and he gave me his professional advise which was better than mine,and he worked non stop until the job was done to a high spec spot on
The engineer arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. Also fixed cable to wall where it had become loose. Excellent attitude. Would recommend.
